    Yes. The on-device engines are unlimited and free forever — translation, voice-to-text, and image OCR all work without an account or internet. Premium unlocks advanced cloud engines and AI models, and removes ads.
  • Does it work offline?
    Yes. On-device engines run fully on your phone once you download the language pack from iOS Settings. No internet required for text or voice translation in supported languages.
  • What does Premium include?
    Premium unlocks advanced cloud translation engines, premium voice transcription and playback, enhanced OCR for difficult scans, and advanced AI models for context-aware long-form translation. You can switch between engines and models freely.
  • How do you protect my privacy?
    Everyday translations never leave your device. Cloud AI features are off until you turn them on and agree; then the content you submit is sent to the third-party AI providers named in our Privacy Policy, only to return the result — never stored or used for training. See our Privacy Policy for the full disclosure.
  • Can I cancel anytime?
    Yes. Cancel from Apple ID Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play Subscriptions (Android). You keep Premium until the end of the current billing period.
  • How do I delete my account and data?
    Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. We delete your translation history, account, and any cloud-stored data within 24 hours. See the Delete Account page for details.
